Inti Hernandez

With The International Arts Club, we visited renowned and award-winning artist Inti Hernandez at his studio in Amsterdam. The Cuban-born artist continued to live in the city after he completed his education at the Rijksakademie. Inti’s work can be best described as a combination of architecture and design, and is embedded in the philosophy wherein life is defined as a perpetual flow of energy. Complex installations, optical illusions, hand-sculpted wooden objects and fountain designs with handmade bricks: Inti does it all. A true multi-talent, great storyteller and most of all, an engaged and passionate artist. Thanks for having us!
